Google play store opens to Chinese market.

Taking a step towards China, Google has announced  for Chinese developers to sell their apps outside of the country by opening up Google Play for them.

A Google spokesperson turned down to remark on the developer website’s accessibility in China and whether Thursday’s statement could pave the way for further big business in China for the company.  Recently, the developer’s support has been expanded to other countries, including  Oman, Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, Lebanon, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico.

Lu Wei; China’s top Internet regulator, said on Wednesday that Internet controls were a sovereign issue and it was seen by China as a “free and open place, with rules to follow.”
