We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a minimum education qualification of 10+ years of schooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and chat to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Proactively identify and report recurring client concerns to improve processes and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10+ years of schooling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
