I.T. Support Executive

Location: Mumbai and Thane

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a minimum education qualification of 10+ years of schooling. 


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and chat to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities in the company’s CRM system. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical  issues. 
  • Proactively identify and report recurring client concerns to improve processes and services. 


Requirements
 

  • Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively. 
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10+ years of schooling. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Prior experience in a client support or customer service role is a plus.
