• Proficient in programming & database language
• Strong knowledge of relational database design concepts and hands-on experience in SQL Server or MySQL.
• Good troubleshooting, debugging, and testing skills.
• Planning & developing new projects and their modules/features as per the project requirement.
• Finding quick solutions when required
• Maintain & nurture strict code development standards to meet the highest code quality
• Attending team meetings for project development planning and executions.
• Guiding juniors in development.
• Must individually develop logic & projects
• Reporting development progress status to leads.
